Group Discount
A 10% group-booking discount is available for bookings of more than 3 delegates from the same organisation registering at the same time. If five delegates book, the sixth is free! Please email or call the events team for further details.
Documentation & CD-ROM
If you are unable to attend the conference you may purchase the conference documentation pack. This gives access to the netwokring tool and the downloadable presentations.
The documentation fee is £350 + VAT (inc. P&P). Documents will be sent to you within 3 weeks of the event.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to the event will be subject to a 25% administration charge. Thereafter, we regret no refunds can be made. Substitutions can be made in writing at any time at no extra charge.
